Legally Speaking
This quarterly newsletter helps to keep our friends and clients informed about important consumer and community issues. First published in July 1998 and sent to 300 friends and clients, circulation of this informative publication has now grown to almost 10,000 per quarter. The Winter 2003 edition had a circulation of almost 30,000. In the Fall of 2003 an article in our Newsletter on Litigation Legends caught the attention of a research editor for the ABC news show PrimeTime. She was working on background information for an upcoming story and found the article through an internet search. Also, Legally Speaking has received accolades from the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association for its continued reports on critical legal issues for Alabama consumers.
