Mark C. WolfePartner
Mark Wolfe is a partner with Boteler, Finley and Wolfe. He began practicing law in 1987. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1984 and Juris Doctorate degree in 1987 from the University of Alabama. Since 1994, Mark has worked specifically in the area of personal injury law. Since that time, he has successfully litigated hundreds of personal injury cases to verdict and has attained the Advocate status through the American Association of Justice College of Advocacy. With over 200 hours of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) teaching credits, Mark is a frequent CLE seminar speaker in the areas of litigation, trial strategy, and practice management. In addition, several national and regional law journals have published Mark's written works as they pertain to various litigation and practice management issues.
In 2008, Mark was inducted into the prestigious Academy of Trial Advocacy (ATA). He has been recognized as one of the Top 100 trial attorneys in Alabama by the American Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, Mark has achieved an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell's peer review rating service and has been classified as a Super Lawyer® by Lexis/Nexis.
Mark supports numerous charities and community organizations. In 2005, he received the Outstanding Public Service Award from Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) for his advocacy work on behalf of drunk driving victims. Currently, he serves as President of the Board of Directors for Prodissee Food Pantry, the Gulf Coast's largest food assistance programs.
Mark lives in Daphne and is married to Kelly Langan Wolfe. They have two daughters (Lesley and Alli) and one son (Mitchell).
